4. Senna AI Interactions

Senna operates as a GPT-based AI assistant through the OpenAI platform. Conversations you have with Senna are subject to OpenAI's privacy policy and terms of service. CAAS does not store, review, or retain the content of your Senna conversations. Senna is not connected to the internet and does not transmit your queries to external systems beyond the OpenAI platform.

5. Payment Processing

All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment data on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information. You can review it at stripe.com/privacy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for up to 12 months for legal and billing purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
